QR Vibes

Jan 2026

A QR generator for URLs, UPI, WhatsApp, email, and vCards. Live with download options in PNG and SVG.

What it taught us: Shipping small, useful things fast — and how much polish matters for utility products.

Elite Club v1

Jan 2026

First public launch. Multi-modal chat with web search, news, and document OCR. Built on Grok and OpenRouter.

What it taught us: The distance between a working demo and a usable product is much larger than it looks.

Elite Club v1.5

Feb 2026

Rebuilt the UI. Migrated hosting from Streamlit → AWS VM → Google App Engine. Refined prompts, moved to a dedicated domain.

What it taught us: Managed platforms win once you stop fighting your own infrastructure. Cost dropped 85%.

Elite Club v2 (Agentic)

Jul 2026

Introduced a full agentic layer using LangChain and Agno. Memory, observability via MLflow, managed search, image generation, authentication, sessions, revamped RAG, and scheduled services. Supports 5+ LLM providers with dynamic routing and fallback logic.

What it taught us: Routing, memory, tools, and observability decide whether an agent works — the model matters less than the architecture around it.

Scheduled News Agent

Sep 2026

A production cron job that fetches, summarizes, and delivers daily India news summaries to Telegram. Runs unattended. Handles API rate limits and timeouts with retries and fallbacks.

What it taught us: Building for reliability, not just capability. Production means handling the day the model goes down.

YouTube Knowledge Extractor

Sep 2026

A pipeline that takes any YouTube URL and produces a structured study document — executive summary, concept walkthrough, use cases, comparison tables, and diagrams.

What it taught us: Prompt architecture at scale — how to enforce output structure without breaking the model's reasoning.
